Gathering these early is the easiest way to keep your build on schedule. Print this page, or save it as a PDF, and forward the builder section to your builder.
From you
- Loan application (we'll send the link)
- Income documents
- Asset statements
- Photo ID
Neil's team will send your full personal list after your first call.
From your builder
- Fully executed construction contract with a set construction price and an estimated completion date or timeframe
- Proposed draw schedule
- Specs and plans
- Copy of the contractor's license
- State license search for the contractor
- Liability insurance and workers' comp insurance (or exemption)
- Contractor resume and/or list of prior projects
