- Fully executed construction contract with a set price and an estimated completion date or timeframe
- Your proposed draw schedule
- Specs and plans
- A copy of your contractor's license and a state license search
- Liability insurance and workers' comp insurance (or exemption)
- Your resume or a list of prior projects
